If a charge from us is wrong, we make it right.

The policy

• Duplicate and accidental charges are refunded promptly. Reported unauthorized charges are investigated and, when verified, refunded promptly. Just write.
• Memberships can be cancelled any time on the product site and stop renewing at the end of the paid period. If a renewal went through that you did not want, email us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• One-time purchases: contact us within 14 days and tell us what went wrong. We will work to make it right or refund the purchase when we cannot. SpeechPen requests use its protected form and its complete workspace and Human Polish policy. Other one-time purchase questions may be emailed to us.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
