About a charge from us
You are probably here because a charge from us, such as MATED.COM, 21X20, or 21X20* SPEECHPEN.COM, appeared on your card statement. 21x20 Media, Inc. runs the games and creative tools listed on our home page. When you buy something from one of them, the charge comes from us.
What the statement line means

A charge may show the product's own line, like MATED.COM, or our
default 21X20.COM. Either way the charge is from us, and every
paid product we run is listed in the table above.
Do not recognize it?
- Check with anyone who shares the card. Purchases and memberships are often bought by a family member.
- For a SpeechPen charge, use its protected refund and charge form. It matches the checkout email with SpeechPen order records.
- For another product, email payments@dictionaryof.com with the statement line, amount, and date. We usually reply within two business days. Duplicate and accidental charges are refunded promptly; reported unauthorized charges are investigated and, when verified, refunded promptly.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases
For Mated, sign in at mated.com and open the Club billing page; you can cancel any time and it will not renew again. SpeechPen purchases are one-time charges, so there is nothing to cancel.

Our refund policy explains the applicable guarantee and product-specific terms. SpeechPen requests use its protected form.
